The easiest way (even on Dark Agent) to defeat the final Boss is to take the Plasma Rifle and the Magnum (not really needed). Shoot the whole time with the Plasma Rifle and if he jumps at your platform take out your fist (?!) and run into him and then roll away. He will miss you and crash down. Hmmm.... now you have to take your Plasma Rifle! I did that 2 times at Perfect Agent and he was down.
