so i need to know if i ran into a glich or not. i am trying to complete a recemendation mission and i was told to go to the well behind the mages guild in cheydinhal and find a guy named vidkun and take the ring of burden from him I now know that he is supposed to be suspended near the ceiling at the bottom of the well. when i go down there and look around he is know where to be found and it's not like the place is big or anything he just isn't there. please let me know if i'm just crazy or i ran into a seriously anoying glitch
