after I beat the clown and go save the asian guys, I get a call from Otis because time is running out For the Monitor mission. When I get to the security room the arrow points me into the main room, in the security section but No action Icon is available and Otis just says a few lines please help. It is game over I cant move on once time runs out!!

check your watch if u ever stuck it will usually tell you where n most importantly when certain events will occur sometimesu gotta wait it out others u can be there a lil earli for
