There is a village near the shore that you can use as a reference point. The German camps are roughly at 45 degree angles apart from each other, using the village as the starting point of the radius.
German Camp One
Village German Camp Two
German Camp Three
Also, listen for the Germans to say they hear a plane and turn one direction or the other when you hear them. You are very close when they say they hear you.
This mission is a real pain in the @$$ to the degree of almost being pointless. It will take you a while. I happened upon all three camps by accident, but I noticed the village was part of my initial line when I started each search.

I went back and mapped this a little more clearly last night, so you can take the above posting with a grain of salt. This one is quite a bit more accurate.
The first German Camp to look for is what is listed above as German Camp Two. I have yet to find the other two camps BEFORE finding this one, so I'm of the opinion that the others don't appear until this one is found, although this is unsubstantiated.
Here's the general layout of the German Camp locations:
Shore---------------German Camp Three
Shore-----Village
Shore---------------------------German Camp One
Shore--------German Camp Two
Find the village near the shore and fly over it in a line that begins at what is roughly the nearest point of the shore to the village. This may not be the same line that you come in from initially, so you'll probably need to make a wide banking turn to get over the village in this manner.
What you will see beyond the village are 2 or 3 boulders, with the largest one to the far left. When you come over the village try to fly between the far left boulder and the one to the right, but not over either one. Continue on this line and fly low enough to the ground that you can see sand marking and flora.
Look for a small pointed peak in horizon. As it gets closer, you can take a line to the right of that peak. You should already hear the German radio transmissions pretty clearly now. When you hear the Germans say they hear a plane, you are very close. You can probably bank to the right and in this general area, sitting below a couple of dunes, you'll find them.
You might run into an oasis or two. If you are able to use it as a reference point, good for you. I found them confusing, so when I ran into them, I turned around and flew back to the village and started over.
Once you have found this first one, the others are actually pretty easy to find. If you go back to the village by the shore, make a sharp right hand turn and fly somewhat close to the shore, although not right on the beach. Listen to the German transmissions and when they hear your plane, start banking to the left in a wider circle and you will probably see them.
After you find this one, go back to the village and fly either over or to the left of the far left boulder. Again listen for the transmissions and when they hear your plane start banking into a circle and you will run into them eventually.
