In the first level you find that you have to destroy or burn all files. Leave the set of files near the beginning of the stage and only that set. At the start of the next level when you hear the phone ringing, instead of pressing A press Y and fire at the same time. This will enable you to have all weapons and a never ending stockpile of ammo for the rest of the story mode.
