message: You know how most npc's wont follow you unless you give
them weapons? Well if your short on weapons or your just feeling
greedy point your gun at the npc thats not cooperating and hold it
there for 3-4 seconds. A mini-cutscene should commence and he will
now obey orders because you have ''threatened'' him.
