In side the dwarves mountain (after you defeat Smaug) after you
start the platforms go to the main room, (on the platform) and go on
to the other side. From there shimmy across the edges of the wall to
get to the water fall. Then continue to shimmy until go get to the
other side. Slip the ring on and move slowly so the spiders don't
hear you. at the end of all the spiders you'll get the missing
chain.
