In the beginning of the level after you play as Shadow Wolf, turn around
and go to the jail cell where Red and the Buffalo soldier were staying.
An option to talk to the skeleton will appear. Press X to talk to the
skeleton and the shop menu will open up and you can buy a horse shoe and
snake oil.
