I noticed that My game mode is automatically on normal. In the other RE games there is a choice for easy or normal but i can't find a way to choose it. Is there a way?

beat the game once you will unlock professinal.

MAN just beat the dam game and also there is no easy mode for the ps2,there is only a easy mode on the gamecube
