To open strong boxes you can either blast them with yellow eco or hit
them with a bomb. To hit one with a bomb you can either get a cannon or,
on Sentinel Beach you can sand next to a strong box until a-bomb lands
next to you and blows it up (when the bomb lands run away and come back
when it has blown up).
