On the cheat page it says not to try them because they don't work
but if you what all ammo and all rage, all you got to do is first
hold L1 then pause the game and enter the cheat, but remember to
hold L1 the whole time until you're cheat is confirmed. I tried
unlimited health and all weapons but didn't work. If you find out
how? tell us you're secret.
