Once you've completed the game go to Free Mission-Hard-level 27+ and use jets that you haven't got to full and just do the mission.
Do all 32 missions to get all the jets.
Once you get all jets accept the X-02 and the Falken you will get the X-02.
In select jet mode press R1 or L1 for quick select or select to change colour.
Special paint jobs are won by shooting down special jets or other things.
