i have been stuck on this since 4 everrr , look when u have to dres up like pepper pete , we have to get the hat , beard and coat. i know we have to get the coat from a store but which store? btw i got the hat and the beard :)

you get it at the store were the old school bus is. look in the back were you have to change clothes and click B and you will find it.
