You have to have a really high strength level.

ok. What you have to do is to go to the gym, and then you work out for a really long time. You do need a lot of rest, but you can do it! Once you have worked out long enough, you then need to go to the Country Cafe to beat the bullriding record. That should help you beat the bullriding record. That's how I did it in the game.
