It's a bit tough, but it was easy enough for me to do it! What you need to do is to go toward the big hill, but don't go to it until you get to the far side of it. Once you got to the place where you are to paint a masteriece for Dacshel Swank, you will notice that there is a little painting set sort of thing.You need to go up to it, and then it will have that little yellow arrow above it that means that you can use it, and then you click' Paint Masterpiece'. That should get it to work for you.
