Well....to find the ghost you got to the ghost place and go up stairs and sleep until its 12:00 Pm and then you go down stairs and you see the ghost. The ghost will only come if it is dark.

If I am thinking of the same ghost as you are, you need to go to one of the little manhole covers, and then go inside. Explore around until you find the place where the Haunted Shack is. You need to be there after 12:00 a.m.I went there at 1:00a.m.He should be there, and if he's not, then Idk what to tell you.
