Go to the lake in the south-east. In normal world there is a cave in the middle go in there. Walk to the fountain in there it will say throw rupees? then keep throwing rupees a until fairy will come out. It will let you hold 5 more arrows or 5 more bombs. You can keep doing this (as long as you have rupees.) Ignore the fountain when it tells fortunes it does nothing.
