In level 1/3 near the end will be a white block with a troopa on.
Get rid of him and hold the down button till u sink run to the end of the level and start jumping.
You will be in Toad's house pick the only box and it will be a flute.
P.S you will be behind the original scene so at the end you will be behind the black and can't get the panel unfortualy[right spelling?]
The later the level the higher level you can go to.
