i have 184 poke balls and 118 great balls and my team is bllastoise lv 56,snorlax lv 40,pidgeot lv39,machocke lv 30 sandshrew lv 17 ,zubat lv 17. and i stiiiillllll can not catch him HOLY CRAP.please help me

The way you catch it is by getting it's health down to half then putting it to sleep then catching it.
