go to a pokemon center and save in front of the pc the acess bills pc and deposite the pokemon you want to copy and then change the box and itl ask you if you want to overwrite say yes then when it says saving dont turn off the power turn off the power bofore it finishes saving turn on the power and turn it back on youl have the pokemon in your party and in the box that you put it in
