win lotory on emerald or get all regis to lvl 100 and tgo to markit in slateport and talk to a new lady

u toss ur master ball save get 99 pokeballs save when it says dont turn off power turn it off youl get 99 master balls trust me it worked and it was easier for me to complete mie pokedex

clone of course.this is how. First go to the battle tower in the battle frontier. go to the p.c. and give a m-ball to a pokemon . Save. take the master ball back and the pokemon you gave the master ball to. give m-ball back to the pokemon in your party. go to the multi link lady and when it says saving dont turn off power turn it off
