If you've collected a few energy tanks by now, this will be pretty easy.Once you get started,go to the right side of
the tank and climb the ladder to the very top and shoot the head of Serris he will start blinking and weaving in and out of the platforms he will do a backflip that can still hit you even know he fails all of the other times.
