i've beatin the game and i went back to train at super buu's fighting grounds it says i have to be up to level 175 to punch through so i did and i went through and i cant get back out . how do? i tried using instant transmission after i got the monster to come but he got trapped by a stupped hill/rock .i thought if i got the monster to come i could use the instant transmission tech. and hit both the ball and the monster but it didn't work.please answer back.sorry for wrighting a long question thank you.

It is in the bottom right corner of the map on the edge of an island(near Roshi's Island).

if you want to get out just do a fusion and stand right by the door.
you will unfuse on the out side of the door.
