how do you get up the hill on 2-8? I cant jump high enough when i come out of the tube

OK, go into the water between the three tubes and pink & blue arm thingies. If you look up, you'll see a square-shaped beige block. Hit that with an egg. Ta da, your problems are solved! You're welcome. :)
