I cant get to bowser until i get two more toads but i cant find them anywere! can somone tell me were all the toads are in 2-2 and 2-3?

if your missing some toads then there are probably in tubs to get to them you need to make peach cry and be able to turn the smiley face things on the water you know the ones that look like wheels ;) after you do that a new tub will be unlocked and you can get the new toads
