After you beat the elieght 4 adn get the national pokedex you will unlock access to the volcanoe. The guy with red hair and a yellow stripe in it will join you. He will help you get to the treasure but he takes it. Go in the house outside and talk to him. The people inside the house will say some things. Then the red head goes to put teh stone back. When you go to were the treasure was located instaed of teh rock there will be the pokemon named Hetran.
PS. Hetran is level 70
