just use tornado and once you kill him this electric thingy will go around him and he will destroy all the clouds so get to the top and when he puts 'em back just use tornado again

well,you'll have to defeat him twice because he has 2 lives! that sucks! you can use boulder,spark,magic,fire,tornado,ice,fairy(i chose that one and,i lost!),big hammer(if you want to battle him again at the last stage),and that's it. welcome!
