I have got a pre-owned version. How do i delete the town and start again with my own????

When you start up your game,it will say:
Continue
New Resident
Contact Mode
Other Things
Nevermind
You pick Other things an comes:
Rebuild Town
Erase Resident
Immigration
Wi-Fi Settings
Nevermind
An then you pick on Erase Resident

Well you don't press erase resident, you click rebiuld town.

when u start the game they say ''hey,wassup'' press othr things and press erase town
