Dodge every one of the giant spider's moves and wait for the Glue Globes to come out of his mouth. Grab one, and he will begin to suck them up. When you find the time is right, jump and Ground-Pound on his head. Dodge his new oves when you have beat him once. Do the same thing for five times and you shound win.
