You have to go to the sea needle .use the cruise bubble to hit a button,
the button is in the wide and long part  and you will see a hall, guide
the cruise bubble into the hall there will be a button .Hit it then go
to the bus stop in the middle. All halls are open go to the one with a S
on it then use cruise bubble guide it to the right and hit the button on
the box attached to the ceiling and a platform will appear on the place
where you first shot the cruise bubble  and you will see s golden
spatula appear floating in the air jump on the platform and get the
spatula
