For starters use dins fire to burn the walls in that close on you in shadow temple. To get ice arrows (blue arrows) you must go to gerudo valley shoot gerudo gaurds with arrows them without seeing you and get a claim check . Then go to a small gate in the fortress talk to the gerudo and clear every challenge and go to the lock room clear it to recive an ice arrow. To get gold/light arrows clear every temple then go to the temple of time.
